Hi, I’m Mariah!

I’m the owner of Magnolia Bookkeeping LLC! As a wife, mom, and small business owner, I know how quickly life and business can fill your plate. I started Magnolia to help small-business owners feel less overwhelmed and more confident in their finances.

I specialize in QuickBooks setup, cleanup, and monthly bookkeeping, helping keep your accounts reconciled, your books organized, and your financial reports up to date so you can focus on what you do best.

My Background

Before starting Magnolia, I spent several years working as a dental assistant before stepping away to stay home with my two boys and homeschool them. During that season, I discovered a love for bookkeeping and the organization behind a well-kept set of books.

I completed professional bookkeeping training and became a QuickBooks Online Level 2 ProAdvisor. As a small-business owner myself, I understand the hard work that goes into building something of your own. I’m committed to treating your business and books with the same care I’d want for my own.

My Faith & Family

My Christian faith is at the center of who I am. I believe this business is a gift from God, and starting Magnolia has been a step of faith. I strive to reflect that faith through honesty, integrity, kindness, and a genuine desire to serve others well.

Outside of bookkeeping, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, homeschooling, cooking, baking fresh bread, serving at our church, and cheering on the OKC Thunder and Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Why Magnolia?

I chose the name Magnolia because of its Southern roots and the values it represents. Growing up around the South, magnolia trees have always felt familiar to me. They remind me of home, family, hospitality, and the importance of taking care of others.

I want Magnolia Bookkeeping to reflect those same values. My hope is that every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident knowing their books are being cared for with honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
